More About Our Business:
We have been serving great tasting fish and chips since 1996. During that time we have grown to 7 shops. In April 2012 we purchased the shop in Broadstone which came on to the market due to the retirement of the owners. During the Autumn of 2012 we embarked on a full refurbishment of the store and on the 25th November 2012 we re-opened as Daniels Fish & Chips.
We are committed to using the very best fish available on the market and it always comes from sustainable sources. The potatoes we use are generally Maris Pipers which are of course famous for their crispy coating and soft, fluffy insides creating the perfect chip. There are certain times of the year when Maris Pipers are not available or at their best, at these times we choose from other varieties of potato which have been grown specifically to produce a great tasting chip. The quality of potatoes and the way that they fry can change almost week by week and Daniel personally tastes and selects the best possible potatoes to ensure you will be getting the best possible chips. .
